Terms of Service
Working draft · last updated 12 July 2026 · under legal review
1. Who we are
Solvera is operated by [SOLVERA LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in Lebanon under commercial register number [REGISTER NO.], with its registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Beirut, Lebanon ("Solvera", "we"). You can reach us at digital@solvera.digital.
2. What Solvera is
Solvera is a managed freelance marketplace. Clients submit a brief priced from a public catalog; Solvera engages vetted independent specialists to deliver it. For client engagements, Solvera is your contracting counterparty: invoices are issued by Solvera, and Solvera pays the specialists.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
4. Briefs, proposals, and sign-off
Prices come from the published catalog at the time you submit a brief. Every deal is confirmed with two keys: you accept a written proposal, a frozen snapshot of scope and price that cannot change afterwards, and Solvera separately confirms the deal against those exact terms. No jobs are created and no invoice is raised before both keys turn. Delivery is closed on the client's sign-off.
5. Fees and payment
Invoices follow the payment schedule in the accepted proposal. Of every execution fee, 85–90% goes to the specialist doing the work (by published level policy), 10% or less runs the platform, and 5% pays the referring partner. Advertising budgets on performance-marketing lines pass through to the ad platforms at cost, without markup.
6. Cancellations and refunds
A brief can be cancelled freely before it is confirmed. After confirmation, unwinding a deal is handled by Solvera staff: amounts not yet collected are cancelled, and amounts already paid are settled case by case under the accepted proposal. There is currently no self-serve refund mechanism; contact us and we will resolve it on the record.
7. Specialists
Specialists join through screening, hold a public level per domain, and are paid their published share after the client signs off on delivery. Specialists are independent contractors, not employees of Solvera.
8. Non-circumvention
[DRAFT: PENDING LEGAL REVIEW] Clients and specialists introduced to each other through Solvera agree not to take that engagement off the platform during an active deal and for [N] months after its close, except with Solvera's written consent.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Solvera for anything unlawful, to misrepresent who you are, or to interfere with the platform's operation.
10. Liability
[DRAFT: PENDING LEGAL REVIEW] Solvera provides the platform and manages engagements with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Beirut, unless the accepted proposal states otherwise.
12. Changes
When the reviewed terms replace this draft, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to live engagements never apply retroactively: the proposal you accepted keeps governing it.
