Working draft · last updated 12 July 2026 · under legal review
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is [SOLVERA LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in Lebanon under commercial register number [REGISTER NO.], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Beirut. Contact: digital@solvera.digital.
2. What we collect
Talent applications: name, email, phone, discipline, and portfolio links you submit, used to run your screening. Accounts: name, email, company details, and the briefs, proposals, and payment records your deals generate. Technical: standard server logs. Your language preference is stored in your own browser; we run no advertising trackers on this site.
3. Why we use it
To run screening calls, operate deals (briefs, proposals, sign-off, invoices, payouts), send the transactional email those steps require, and meet bookkeeping obligations. We do not send marketing email from the application forms, and we never sell personal data.
4. Legal bases
Your consent (applications), performance of a contract (deals and payments), and our legitimate interest in operating the platform, under Lebanon's Electronic Transactions and Personal Data Law No. 81/2018, and the GDPR where it applies to clients in the EEA.
5. Where it lives and who sees it
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway [HOSTING REGION], with transactional email delivered by our email provider. Beyond such processors, personal data is shared only when the law requires it, never sold or rented.
6. How long we keep it
Application data until the screening decision and a reasonable follow-up window; account and deal data for the life of the account plus statutory bookkeeping periods, since every money event is part of our permanent double-entry records.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where no legal retention duty applies. Email digital@solvera.digital and we will answer within 30 days.
8. Changes
When the reviewed policy replaces this draft, this page and its date will change. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
