The unagency, on purpose.

Solvera is the unagency: a managed delivery platform powered by independent talent, built in Lebanon, serving businesses across MENA. This page is the long version of why.

Work anywhere. Own everything.

Our mission is to make independent work viable, anywhere, anytime. We don't care where people work or when; we care that they own their ability to work. So we connect vetted Lebanese specialists with clients across the region and beyond, under terms that are radical here: written scope, sign-off from both sides, and a transparent allocation that puts 85–90% of every execution fee with the people delivering the work.

We are not a job board and not an agency. Agencies own the client and rent the talent; job boards own neither and audit nothing. Solvera runs the whole pipeline (brief, price, match, delivery, approval, payment) on one auditable ledger, so neither side has to take the other's word for anything.

Talent shouldn't need a plane ticket.

For thirty years, opportunity meant a visa. We're building the alternative: work that arrives as briefs instead of visas, and careers people own outright, wherever they choose to live, for clients anywhere.

Every signed-off milestone is a small vote that free, independent work can pay. That's the future we're compounding, client by client, specialist by specialist.

The raw material is already here.

Roughly 330,000 adults in Lebanon are estimated to have earned money through an app or website in 2024, a World Bank Findex-derived figure that counts online earners broadly, not freelancers precisely.

Lebanon exported about $141M in ICT services in 2023. The skills and the demand both exist; what's been missing is the accountable layer between them.

No authoritative national series counts Lebanese freelancers or their earnings. We read these numbers as direction, not totals.

How the model holds.

Budget-led matching

You bring a total budget. We assess feasibility and match specialists whose capability and rates fit the brief, and you approve a transparent proposal before any work begins.

Two-key sign-off

Your key accepts the exact written terms; Solvera's confirms the deal against them, turned by someone who didn't create it. Neither key works alone, and delivery closes on the client's sign-off, not ours.

Allocation by origin

Come direct and it's 90% to delivery, 10% to Solvera. When a sales partner brings the deal, it's 85 / 10 / 5, the 5% to whoever brought it. The 10% funds contracting, audits, continuity, payment protection and tooling.

One ledger

Every invoice and payout is a row in a double-entry ledger that must balance to zero; every brief and approval lives on the same auditable record. Not a promise: a constraint the software enforces.

Built in Beirut, from both sides of the table.

We've hired agencies and been the freelancers agencies rent out. From the client chair, we paid retainers and never saw where the money went. From the talent chair, we watched middlemen keep 60% for forwarding an email. The market failed everyone except the intermediary. So we rebuilt the intermediary as software with the margins printed on the outside.

Solvera is bootstrapped and operated from Beirut. The team, the specialists, and the stakes all live here.

That's the long version.

If it resonates, there are two doors.
