Recurring digital work, without building a coordination layer.
This page is for the buyer. You need marketing, design, web or operations work on a recurring basis; an agency retainer is hard to justify; and coordinating five separate freelancers is a job you didn't hire for. Solvera exists for exactly this seat at the table.
Below is the part most sites save for the contract: the two engagement modes, what our 10% always covers, who owns what, and the exact path when something goes wrong.
Two ways to run it: same accountable record.
Every engagement starts identically: your brief and budget, a transparent proposal, your approval. The mode decides one thing: who runs the day-to-day.
Guided
You run the day-to-day.
We recommend a small vetted team that fits your brief and your budget: no open marketplace, no bidding war. You approve the team, then coordinate the work with them directly. Solvera stays present in the shared workspace throughout.
Before you approve, you see each specialist's:
- Identity: a name and a track record, not "our design team"
- Level: where they sit on our vetted ladder
- Relevant work: what they've delivered in your problem space
- Rate: what they cost, before you commit
- Role: exactly what they own on your engagement
Fully managed
Your project manager runs the day-to-day.
Everything in Guided, plus a dedicated project manager, a paid role you add when you'd rather own the outcome than the calendar. The PM:
- Selects and coordinates the full team
- Runs delivery and schedules the work
- Consolidates communication into one thread
- Handles dependencies between specialists
- Keeps approvals moving. The final yes stays yours
Tell us your preferred mode in the brief. The proposal shows the project manager as a visible line of its own, never buried in a blended rate.
What's always included, and what the PM adds.
Solvera's share is 10% of the budget in every engagement, both modes, no exceptions. Here is what that 10% funds, before any project manager enters the picture.
Contracting
One agreement with Solvera covers the whole engagement, and every specialist signs with us too. You never hold five separate contracts.
Matching
Specialists whose capabilities and rates actually fit the brief and the budget, assessed by people, not auto-suggested.
Scope records
Scope, milestones, feedback and approvals, written down as they happen: the record every later decision points back to.
Quality audit
Senior domain leaders, our L4 specialists, review the craft. Engagement management audits scope, process and deadlines.
Payment protection
You fund agreed milestones through Solvera, and payment releases follow documented milestone approval.
Continuity & replacement
If a specialist has to change mid-engagement, we replace them inside the same scope and record. Delivery doesn't restart.
Escalation
A recorded path for the moments that need a decision, raised, reviewed and answered on the record, not in someone's inbox.
The PM is a different job, not the same oversight billed twice.
Base management protects the engagement: it audits, records, and stands behind continuity. The project manager runs the engagement: plans the week, chases dependencies, consolidates threads, keeps approvals moving. You add the PM for the running. The protecting was never optional.
Talk to your specialists directly.
We don't route you through an account layer to reach the people doing the work. Message your specialists, get on calls, share context. Direct is faster, and the model is built for it. Solvera is present in the shared workspace, not standing between you.
Four things stay governed and recorded by Solvera no matter where the conversation happens: scope changes, approvals, disputes, and commercial commitments. A quick "sure, we can add that" in chat is a conversation; it becomes work when it's recorded against the scope. That line protects you as much as it protects the specialist.
Who owns what, in writing.
The default answers, so you don't have to ask. All of it sits in the agreement you sign. None of it is a courtesy.
You own the work
Paid-for deliverables and the agreed source files transfer to you. Not exports, not view-only access: the files.
Your accounts stay yours
Ad accounts, social profiles, analytics and campaign data run under your control. Specialists work inside your accounts; nothing gets rebuilt under ours.
Specialists keep their toolkit
Pre-existing tools and methods stay with the people who built them, and portfolio rights exist only as the contract grants them. Clear lines make good collaborators.
Portfolio needs your yes
Nobody publishes your work as a case study without your explicit consent, not the specialists, and not Solvera.
If something goes wrong, there's a recorded path.
We won't promise nothing ever breaks. Anyone who does is hiding the process. This is ours: six steps, run in order, every finding on the engagement record you already have.
-
Work versus written scope
We start with the record, not the argument: the deliverable is compared against the approved scope and the acceptance criteria you signed off.
-
Independent senior review
An L4 domain leader who wasn't part of the delivery reviews the work against discipline standards.
-
Findings go on the record
What falls short and what must change is documented and shared with both sides, no verbal verdicts.
-
A defined chance to fix it
The specialist gets a defined remediation window to bring the work to standard.
-
Reassignment
If remediation fails, the remaining work moves to another vetted specialist, same scope, same record.
-
Refund or reallocation
When completion is no longer reasonable, the undelivered portion, and only that portion, is refunded or reallocated. Work you accepted stays paid.
One product runs all of it.
Briefs, approvals, jobs, ratings and payments live in one product. It's real software, running today.
Early access. Screens below are from our demo workspace: the same product, sample data.
One brief. One record.
What you need, when you need it, and for how much: one brief that every later approval and payment points back to.

Nothing moves without your key.
You approve the exact terms and we confirm against them, both recorded with names and timestamps. The deal goes ahead only when both sides have signed.

See the work and the workers.
Your project is split into jobs. A project manager assigns each one to a named specialist, and you rate the work when it ships.

Ask where a dollar went. Get an answer.
Every invoice, payout and commission is recorded in balanced books, and your side is always visible.

Bring the brief and the budget. We bring the team.
Outcome, scope, timeline, budget range, preferred mode: that's all we need to start. We usually reply within one business day, with targeted questions where the brief is thin. Nothing begins until you approve the proposal.
